"For it is by grace that you have been saved, through faith, and this is not from yourselves, it is a gift from God-not by works, so that no one can boast. For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do." Ephesians 2:8-10

What a Semester
This semester has been a whirlwind. It seems that we were just moving into our little house yesterday. My life right now is a dream come true, but I feel like I am so busy that I cannot enjoy it. Something has got to change. With school, Pi Phi, and friends, my life is filled to the max. I want to enjoy this wonderful October. It has been crisp and delicious outside, but I haven't been able to enjoy it. I want to carve pumpkins, go on walks, play in the leaves, build a bonfire in our awesome fire pit, and hang out with my roomies. Life is passing by so quickly. I am so focused on my next stage in life, that I don't realize that I am missing the one that I am in.

Although our weekend was so much fun, we all know that all good things must come to an end. Bek, Amy, and I had to leave our friend Rachel after being with her in Auburn this weekend. She was so sweet and good to us while we were there. She is a picture of a perfect hostess.
I am back to another busy week. Tomorrow will be my busiest day...want to hear my schedule?

8 et ready for class (have to dress up)

As of right now, that is my schedule. However, I know that it can quickly change.
One of my best friends, Amy, is getting married this summer. I am so happy for her, but I think the full reality hit me today on our way back home. We were talking about fun trips that we want to take while we are still in college, and I know that she won't be with us next year. It is a bittersweet time in our lives. While growing up, we talked and talked about who we all thought we would end up marrying. It is so neat to see God fulfill His promise, and for us to see who Amy is ending up with. Although her dreams of coming true are here, the dreams of friends are coming to an end. I never once thought I would be losing a friend when she got married. Although we will still be friends, our friendship with each other will never be the same. She won't be living with us and be a part of our everyday lives. She won't go on roadtrips with us, and still laugh at goofy movies. No more nights of brownie mix, rotel and Pride and Prejudice. No more late night chats at 2 am before we go to bed. No more pouring ice water on each other while in the shower..haha. An era of our lives is coming to an end, and I hope that I have enough strength to deal with it. My life is much happier when I am with my friends. Each of them brings something different and special to my life. I never really imagined my life without one of them. Now she won't only be not living with me, she will be living with a BOY! Crazy! I cannot wait to see what God has in store for her life. Our friendship will always be intact, but I know that it will change. Even though I am sad that this stage of our life is over, I can't wait to see what else happens.

Well Hello!
I went to Auburn this weekend, and my sweet friend Rachel requested that I start a blog. She wants to know what goes on in the daily life of all of us MSU girls! Hopefully, this is all you wanted Rachel. I am writing this Just For You!
